When you open American Ambulance Simulator you'll be able to choose between two completely different game modes: missions and free drive. If you choose the first of these two options you'll see a series of indications on the screen for you to follow until you reach a specific location. On the other hand, if you choose the second option, you can enjoy a simple gameplay and it'll be up to you to decide where you want to go.

Regardless of the game mode you choose, you can decide how you want to drive your ambulance. You can either tap two arrows to move left and right, or use a steering wheel that you have slide around in a circular motion to steer your vehicle. You also have to tap the gas and brake and change gears as necessary.
